Top honours for P&G, Chanel, Coty and BPI
The Fragrance Foundation has announced the winners of this year’s US FiFi Awards, held at the Lincoln Center in New York.
P&G Prestige’s Gucci Guilty fragrance walked away with four of the 30 awards including Fragrance Superstar, Fragrance of the Year – Women’s Luxe, Best Packaging of the Year – Women’s Luxe and Best Media Campaign of the Year – Women’s.
Chanel’s Blue de Chanel scooped the Fragrance of the Year – Men’s Luxe and Best Media Campaign of the Year – Men’s, while Issey Miyake’s L’Eau D’Issey and Jean Paul Gaultier’s Le Mâle were indicted into the Fragrance Hall of Fame.
There was also a special tribute to the late Elizabeth Taylor, who was posthumously honoured with a place in the Hall of Fame. The Fragrance Foundation also renamed its celebrity fragrance award the Elizabeth Taylor Fragrance Celebrity of the Year Award to recognise Taylor’s support and promotion of fragrance.
