We are looking for a highly experienced formulation manager to join this established global cosmetics company that develops and manufactures their own products. You will be responsible for the development of colour formulations from first principles across face, lip & eye segments in line with the company colour category strategy.
With your proven track record in colour cosmetic formulation, NPD and managing projects from concept through to shelf you will successfully deliver the colour category strategy in line with brand ambitions. You have extensive knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, their usage and the technical capability to formulate complex technologies.
You have a great understanding of the market and maintain a pulse on key emerging trends within the industry. You will identify gaps in the portfolio and work with the marketing team to deliver award-winning, pipeline technologies with breakthrough consumer-led innovations.
Using your excellent people management and leadership skills you will keep your team inspired and motivated along the way.
