Are you a junior Chemist with 2-3 years of cosmetic manufacturing experience?
Do you want to create skin care, hair care, male grooming, bath and body or even pet care?
We are an ambitious and expanding company who develop and manufacture onsite, you will have full creative freedom and ownership to develop, expand and create new products that excite our consumers.
Ideally you will have worked in a number of health, beauty and wellness categories, haircare, skincare and male grooming products. Either for recognised brands or private label.
With your track record in the cosmetics industry, you have a great understanding of the global market, including FDA, CPNP, and INCI list knowledge, and know where to source ingredients around the world, building relationships with suppliers and keep up to date with the latest consumer trends.
In addition to the creative formulation work, you will be responsible for the legislation, safety testing and compliance to meet cosmetic regulations.
You will have the freedom to drive innovation, set up and manage new systems for quality controls, bulk manufacturing and filling processes.
This is a hands on, fast paced role and will suit someone who can work fast and smart, quickly adapt to changing trends and consumer demand to make it happen.
