Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) has shaken up the leadership team for its Origins and Bumble and bumble brands with two new appointments.

Amber Garrison has been named as the Global Brand President of skin care brand Origins, and will be responsible for increasing brand equity and broadening its consumer base.

She joins from skin and hair care brand Bumble and bumble, where she served as Global Brand President.

“Amber’s track record of successful brand transformation, while mindfully preserving the heart and soul of a brand, make her ideally suited to lead Origins into its modern future,” said Jane Hertzmark Hudis, Executive Group President for ELC.

Corey Reese has also been promoted to Senior Vice President at Bumble and bumble.

ELC said Reese will lead new product and commercial innovations and further strengthen the brand’s digital footprint.

Reese previously headed up MAC, Clinique, Tom Ford Beauty, Smashbox, Glamgow and Too Faced as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and Business Operations.

"A highly collaborative leader, Corey brings to Bumble and bumble a strong tenure of working alongside indie and artistry brands to harness their potential and nurture their growth,” said Hertzmark Hudis.

“These appointments reflect our company’s commitment to enabling top talent with meaningful career growth opportunities and demonstrate the company’s unwavering confidence in their leadership to further maximise the growth potential of each brand,” she added.

Garrison and Reese will both report to Hertzmark Hudis and serve on the company’s executive leadership team.
