Estée Lauder Companies’ bosses are due to take pay cuts in an effort to put the company in a stronger financial position during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The company’s President and CEO Fabrizio Freda and Executive Chairman William Lauder will both take a 50% pay cut from 1 May through to 31 October.
