Emma Bunton has entered the beauty industry with the launch of Kit & Kin, a mother and baby brand.

The 41-year-old Spice Girl and radio presenter has teamed up with cosmetics industry expert Christopher Money to create the range of nappies and skin care products.

The brand’s tagline is ‘Protecting your world, naturally’ – a concept that Bunton said she was inspired to pursue after seeing her son suffer from eczema.

She said: “For so many years we struggled to find products that weren’t full of chemicals that would further irritate his skin.

“As a mother, my children are my number one priority and I do everything I can to ensure they’re always safe, healthy and happy.

“At Kit & Kin, we want to take away the stress and worry parents often experience when trying to choose the best products for their family.”

The brand also creates a range of natural skin care products (with 98-100% natural ingredients) comprising shampoos and bubble baths for baby, as well as stretch mark oil and breast balm for mothers.

The products are all paraben, SLS and dye-free. The brand is offering a subscription service for its nappies, that parents can sign up to online.
