Elizabeth Arden shares have sunk to $10.90 – a 12-month low, at the time this article was published.

The maker of Elizabeth Taylor and Britney Spears celebrity fragrances is battling a turnaround programme and store closures. But there is hope that Arden’s new joint venture with Asian beauty distributor LuxAsia Ventures may help the company change its fortunes, especially in China.
