Elizabeth Arden Q1 sales plunge 20%

Deep smears across Elizabeth Arden’s first quarterly results has seen its shares dive – more than 26% since Cosmetics International’s last issue – and raises the spectre of a possible sale. Net sales for Elizabeth Arden branded skin care, colour and fragrance products plunged 19% for the third quarter, cut to US$210.8m.
