Elevance Renewable Sciences welcomes Steven Mills to its Board of Directors

The former Amyris Chief Financial Officer has experience in the fields of accounting, corporate finance, strategic planning, and mergers and acquisitions

Elevance Renewable Sciences has announced that Steven Mills, former Chief Financial Officer at Amyris, is to join its Board of Directors.

Prior to joining Amyris in 2012, Mills served as Senior Executive Vice President of Performance & Growth at Archer-Daniels-Midland Company (ADM), a global agricultural commodity processing company.

“Steve brings a depth of experience and understanding in finance and in the agriculture and chemicals industries. We are pleased to welcome him to our board of directors,” said Elevance CEO K’Lynne Johnson. “His knowledge is an asset as Elevance continues to supply customers through
our joint venture with Wilmar International,
and as we expand Elevance's global production
capabilities.”
