Direct-to-Consumer Marketing Manager – South Coast, UK – Up to £55,000

Three days at the office and two days working from home

An amazing senior marketing opportunity has been created at our luxury beauty and well-being brand client, based on the beautiful South coast, near Brighton. So, if you are thinking about your commute into London and wondering if there’s another way.

It’s an exciting time to join as the brand expands both in product ranges and global markets. Working closely with the Head of Marketing you’ll be responsible for supporting their largest sales channel; direct selling, which has seen unprecedented growth over the last year!

A strategic thinker and communicator with proven experience within the Direct-to-Consumer sector with a genuine passion for beauty and ideally skin care.

Being able to understand the highly entrepreneurial ‘sales consultant’ mindset, pro-actively driving and building their business, using a wide range of resources and ideas to keep their talented existing sales partners engaged as well as acquiring new colleagues to join the brand.

Warm and compassionate, you’ll love connecting with people and thrive on providing a truly excellent service to your internal channel clients.

Working as part of a busy, collaborative and creative marketing team, you’ll love using your own initiative to manage and develop your own projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:

  • Create and propose detailed briefs and project plans
  • Rolling marketing calendar curation
  • Planning marketing support materials
  • Conceptualise PR activity on behalf of the brand
  • Brand guardianship with the internal design team
  • Manage budget allocation; ensure all assets (print and media) are in line with brand DNA; be part of the collective best-in-class mindset and be prepared to question the status-pro.
