The French fragrance house is launching two new floral waters, following on from Eau Rose and Eau Mohéli

This month, French fragrance house Diptyque is launching two new floral waters, Eau de Lavande and Geranium Odorata. They follow on from Eau Rose and Eau Mohéli and will cost €75 for 100ml or €36 for a 20ml roll-on.

Eau de Lavande combines three lavenders from France: Provençal lavender, rarely used in perfumery due to its cost, according to the firm, which contains aspects of incense and sandalwood; lavender essence from Vaucluse, which has a more floral aspect; and a lavandin from the plateau of Valansole. Geranium Odorata is a fragrance that the company describes as more masculine than feminine. It contains African geranium from Egypt, with 'lively floral' accents, and Bourbon geranium from the Île de la Réunion, which has a woodier note.
