Darphin is to launch The Revitalizing Oil, an oil that can be used on the face, body and hair.
It is a blend of four essential oils to revitalise the senses (ylang-ylang, jasmine, rosewood and lavender) and nine precious plant oils containing rich sources of fatty acids, such as omega 3 from raspberry seed oil, omega 6 from evening primrose, tamanu and rose hip oils, and omega 9 from sunflower seed, apricot kernel, sweet almond and argan oils. Jojoba seed oil is included as it is rich in sterols to improve skin barrier function.
For the face, the formula aims to maintain optimal levels of hydration and restore skin’s natural protective abilities, while working to restore the hydrolipidic balance when applied to the body. For the hair, the oil helps reduce breakage and promotes silkier, healthier, shinier hair, according to the brand.
The Revitalizing Oil is available from 24 October.
