The Brazilian personal care and cosmetics market is one of the largest in the world. Every cosmetic manufacturer or distributor looking to expand abroad is bound to be looking at the country, which is set to host the next World Cup (2014) and Olympics (2016). But before companies can enter and explore this huge market, they need to understand and overcome the red tape surrounding regulatory requirements.
