Customer Services Representative - Beauty Lifestyle - £20-25k + benefits - North Yorkshire (hybrid)

Do you have a passion for Customer Services and a good understanding of the Supply Chain end-to-end flow cycle?

VPss's client is looking to appoint 2 new individuals into newly created roles to support their B2B sales channel. The team will work closely with internal stakeholders in Commercial function and Warehousing to ensure the smooth processing of ‘orders to cash’, whilst providing the essential interface with Retail customers. Communicating stock availability, tracking shortages acting as the focal point for all order resolution.

Taking responsibility and ownership, you’ll get a genuine buzz from exceeding customers’ expectations and creating a best-in-class experience at every touchpoint. Applying your experience of working in a similar FMCG environment you will need to be data-minded, able to manipulate data and work effectively with both ERP systems and Excel. Processing orders from three key company entry points; EDI, Shopify and to a lesser degree, manually.
