Cremer Oleo leads the way for oleochemical speciality esters
Company has taken over Witten facilities from the Sasol group
Ingredients company Cremer Oleo has boosted the reach of parent company Cremer Care by uniting the strengths of the company's facilities in Witte, Wittenberge and Rodleben.
On 1 March Cremer Oleo assumed control of the operations of the Witten facility from the Sasol group putting it in a unique position and establishing Cremer Oleo as Europe’s leading manufacturer of oleochemical speciality esters.
The acquisition on the part of Cremer Oleo creates long-term synergies and, in combination with a broad spectrum of active ingredients vegetable oils, soap noodles, fatty acids, fatty alcohols and glycerines from the Cremer Care portfolio, portions the company as an all-round system for all customers in the cosmetics manufacturing segment.
