You have probably already got the products yourself or seen them around! Due to their rapid growth, they are now looking for a social media assistant to join the team and assist with daily outreach to influencers and analysis of data. This is a perfect role for entry level candidates with passion for social media and beauty!
Role and responsibilities:
- Daily outreach to influencers and content creators
- Maintaining an influencer database, documenting coverage and tracking metrics
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with partners, media and influencers
- Managing calendars and media lists
- The creation of weekly and monthly reports
- Brainstorming content ideas for social channels with the wider team
- Brainstorm email acquisition and brand partnership ideas
- Creating content which conforms to brand guidelines
- Recording, editing and posting content you have created for our social channels (particularly on TikTok)
- Capitalising on the latest trends on social media to ensure content gets as wide of a reach as possible
- Analysing the content that has been posted for ways to improve
- General administrative tasks
- Other Ad Hoc marketing tasks
Requirements:
- An interest in or passion to work in the world of haircare and beauty
- Strong communication skills
- Experience of social media platforms
- Experience of creating content for social media (Tik Tok in particular) whether for a company or personally
- Strong copywriting skills
- Attention to detail
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Creative thinker
- Not camera shy!
