Colgate-Palmolive sees sales slide in Q1 2015

However profits soar reaching $542m

Colgate-Palmolive, the maker of Sanex and Colgate oral care products, has shrugged off the threat of a more expensive US dollar – which can make products more expensive to buy overseas – by boasting soaring net income in Q1 2015, up from $388m a year ago to $542m.
