Utilising the remote working model the COO will oversee the education, student experience, marketing, and tech teams to ensure effective collaboration and the delivery of a great customer experience.

• Facilitating communication and monitoring KPI’s the COO will plan and implement
• Change where necessary, ensuring that the company meets its annual goals
• You must be enthusiastic and disciplined, with significant experience of senior operational roles at primarily online organisations
• This experience will have given you the ability to lead and motivate a team remotely, and to successfully manage projects from a distance.
