Tara Singleton is Head of Beauty for major British multinational retailer Marks & Spencer.

After joining the high street staple as a Saturday sales assistant, Singleton has spent nearly 20 years working her way up M&S's career ladder.

"I have worked alongside some incredibly talented people and have been able to grow, develop my career, see the world and do many different, exciting roles within the business so I have never felt the pull to move on," she tells Cosmetics Business.
