Our client is an exciting Luxury wellbeing brand with incredible future plans looking to grow their marketing team with a CRM Executive.
They need someone with some experience either within CRM or Digital Marketing. You will be working alongside the Head of CRM helping to drive the execution of the Brand’s CRM and Email Strategy within the UK and International Markets as well as End to End process of the CRM activity calendar.
You must be able to:
- Manage internal sign off process for CRM Campaigns ensuring all stakeholders have approved campaigns before launch
- Complete weekly/monthly and yearly CRM reports
- Seek out and test new innovations across current and new CRM Channels
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Be able to assess data, identify trends and gather insights
- Has some US and European market experience but not essential
The ideal candidate is creative with experience within Beauty, Personal Care or Wellbeing. A team player with good attention to detail skills as well as a positive mindset!
