Can you tell us a bit about yourself and your background in beauty?

Over two years ago I was working in the beauty industry in two different forms. One part was being a shop assistant for a high end retail store where I was trained to be an amateur make-up artist and perform treatments on customers with their latest products. The other was working as an intern in a PR agency that specialised in the fashion and beauty industry, where I got to see how products are promoted and built on reputation. It was a great way for me to fully understand what makes a brand work and how it can build a relationship with its customer both face-to-face and in advertising. But I never thought that one day I would be creating my own brand and creating formulas of my own.
