We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to manage our Pure Player Channel.

You will oversee a portfolio of health and beauty brands managing existing and building new eCommerce accounts. The ideal candidate will have significant relevant experience in eCommerce; bright and energetic you will be a star that is primed for future development.

You will be a highly driven individual, ready to jump into a fast-paced environment and hit the ground running.

You will be commercially numerate with a stellar record of driving impressive yet sustainable sales growth.

This role is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced team at one of the UK’s outstanding health and beauty manufacturers. Working with an exciting portfolio of brands in a rapidly growing category, you will manage the eCommerce accounts, identifying and actively pursuing new opportunities to maximise brand sales.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you build upon existing relationships and brand listings in your market, forging relationships that will open new commercial opportunities.

You will bring these highly developed soft skills to ensure an exceptional level of customer service in all that you do.

You must be an assertive and confident individual, a self-starter with fantastic operational skills and commercially astute.

The role will empower you to take control of the eCommerce channel as you monitor EPOS performance and other data to forecast future demand and oversee stock levels and production to ensure that orders can be fulfilled.

You will be a self-starter that can work well with minimal oversight, absorbing seamlessly into the overall brand strategy.
