As part of our growth and expansion plans, we are now looking for a Business Development Manager to join the Business Development team.

The Role:
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be managing, developing and providing excellent customer service to the accounts of our valued existing customers.

Key responsibilities within this role will include:

  • Providing strategic direction with regard to key accounts business development.
  • Tracking and developing agreed Business Plans with distributors.
  • Linking with Marketing team, reinforcing brand strategy and concept to distributors, retailers & other relevant contacts.
  • Building and managing relationships with retailers and distributors to reach and where possible exceed sales targets.
  • Seeking new opportunities with key accounts and negotiating purchases.
  • Monitoring competitor presence on business partners portfolio.
  • Daily management of distributors and key accounts.
  • Working in conjunction with Marketing team to agree on promotional activities and marketing support by market.
  • Together with Marketing team, keeping customers updated on new product development
  • Visiting relevant distributors, attending conferences & exhibitions.
  • Preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly reports on sales and business development.
  • Investigating support cases and raising corrective actions when needed.

We are looking for:

  • Extensive experience with professional skincare brands and distributor management
  • Experience in deadline-driven environments with ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
  • A passion for account development and developing business relationships.
  • A personable team player with strong communication skills.
  • Someone keen, quick to learn and who works well independently.
  • Enthusiasm for the role and ambition.
  • At least 5 years experience in a similar role.
  • Degree educated or equivalent

About our rewards Salary will be between £35,000-£38,000 per annum, dependant on experience plus annual company bonus, company discounts, gym membership, company team building day, and other attractive benefits, as well as an energetic and positive environment and the opportunity to work with some of the most creative minds in the industry.
