Supported by a small of two you will be responsible for driving brand performance across all UK channels to market; bricks and mortar Retailers, e-Tailers as well as those overseas.

Innovation is at the heart of their success, you will own the planning, development and direction of both the NPD and Marketing activities, fully maximising performance via strong competitor analysis, consumer understanding and market positioning. Dynamic growth objective being high on the agenda.
A creative thinker able to present ideas to senior internal stakeholders with strong commercial understanding able to respond well under pressure.
Beauty brand experience would be highly advantageous but Premium/Masstige Health/FMCG sectors may also be considered.
As the role is hybrid you must be happy and able to work at HQ in North Cambs for part of the week.
