This Brand Manager role is a great opportunity to join a well-established beauty organisation whose heritage in the US has spearheaded them to become highly successful brand creators and distributors across EMEA region.

A genuinely exciting time, their ambitious growth strategy, via both organic brand building and acquisition of new complimentary brands means them continuing to strengthen their already market-leading position within the UK.

With a focus on Trade Marketing, previous experience of supporting Boots or Superdrug in the UK is essential, of course alongside the growing online market.

Working strategically with the global brand team based in the US you will localise marketing plans for the EMEA region ensuring relevance and ROI. Using analytics effectively to make recommendations and shaping strategy across all key markets and territories.

As part of their small, dynamic team you’ll also need to be hands-on and not be afraid of ‘getting stuck in’, no prima donnas here! Supporting you will be a Trade Marketing Executive and there is plenty of opportunity to grow your role as the business grows.

Based in London you’ll be able to work a day from home and there will be some occasional planned travel outside of the UK each year.

Beauty sector experience is a pre-requisite; Bath & Body, Colour Cosmetics, or Beauty Accessories & Tools. Experience of working for a US driven business in a similar second phase start-up would be absolutely ideal.
