Lavandi Talent are currently looking for a Skilled and Experience Brand Manager to work for a fantastic Beauty distributor who work with some of the top brands in the industry

Key Responsibilities

Researching and analysing consumer behaviour, market trends and competitor activity.
Establishing budgets, performance specifications and sales estimates.
Developing and implementing strategies that resonate with the target market.
Planning and executing marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, sponsorships and corporate social responsibility programs.
Building brand awareness and increasing brand value and profitability.
Managing the PR company involved in the brands.
Manage social media and events.

The Ideal Candidate

Experience within a brand management role previously
Experience within the beauty industry
Possess knowledge of content creation
Outstanding analytical skills.
Work collaboratively within a supportive and growth-minded team
Enthusiastic, ambitious, and positive work ethic.
