Two storey floor brings make-up and eyebrow service to Scotland

Bobbi Brown has opened a standalone store in Edinburgh, Scotland. The 2,000sqft store is located on the upscale George Street shopping region and stocks the brand’s cosmetics, brushes, fragrances and skin care.

The two storey design reflects the clean, modern aesthetic of the brand. The interior features industrial steel cabinets and Carrara marble along with lots of natural light.

One focus point comes from the artistry table in the centre of the store. This area acts as a welcoming environment for consumers to try out products themselves or speak to a make-up artist.

Visitors can also book time in the store’s private area. The intimate space can be used for small events, make-up parties or one-on-one tutorials. The area is also set up to offer Bobbi Brown’s new Brow Shape Service in private.

The service caters to several different styles of brow and can be booked for £17, which is redeemable against products on the day of service.

Visitors will also be offered complimentary make-up services. The brand’s staff are trained to help empower women with the tools, knowledge and confidence to become their own make-up artists and skin care specialists.

The store has plans to offer exclusive, limited edition products on a seasonal basis.

Bobbi Brown launched in 1991 with a range of ten flattering lipstick shades. The range was a huge success, with Estée Lauder buying the company in 1995. There are now around 33 free-standing Bobbi Brown stores worldwide.
