German cosmetics giant Beiersdorf has announced its selection of K-beauty startups for its incubator in Seoul.

They are Reziena, Mesquare, Limese, LYCL and PANDA, which were chosen out of a field of over 200 applicants.

Beiersdorf announced the Seoul incubator, which is sponsored by its Nivea brand, in December last year. “Many companies build accelerators in their home country. We want to be where the future of skin care begins,” said Ralph Gusko, Beiersdorf board member for brands, research & development, and the Asia Pacific region.
