Products to hit shelves in August

Neal’s Yard Remedies is relaunching its Bee Lovely range which aims to highlight the alarming decline of bees in the UK.

The Bee Lovely range includes five products – Busy Bee Balm, Bee Lovely Bath & Shower Gel, Bee Lovely Body Lotion, Bee Lovely Hand Wash and the original Bee Lovely Hand Cream. Neal’s Yard Remedies is aiming this range at the whole family as the products are suitable for adults and children aged 3 and over.

Each product is Soil Association certified and features a blend of organic bee-friendly honey and organic orange and mandarin essential oils. A percentage of sales of each product will go towards one of four bee-related charities that Neal’s Yard Remedies has chosen – Biobees, The Bee Lovely Grant, Landlife and Friends of the Earth.

In conjunction to the launch of the products, which hit stores in August, Neal’s Yard Remedies is giving away a free Bee Lovely and Help Save the Bees book, which has been guest edited by Sam Roddick, daughter of the late Dame Anita Roddick. The book explains to consumers the problems facing UK bees and why they are disappearing.
