His return marks six years since the nail entrepreneur stepped away from TV life to pursue other projects

After a six year hiatus, celebrity manicurist and beauty owner Leighton Denny is back on Britain's screens with TV shopping network TJC.

The founder of his namesake nail care brand took a break from his television career in 2015 to pursue other projects.

His return marks 16 years of business for his brand this month and will be launching an exclusive selection of 16 curations via the channel.

Denny, who was awarded an MBE for his achievements within the nail and beauty industry by the Queen in 2015, will also give insider knowledge from the industry and beauty tips.

As part of reinstatement, for every Lieghton Denny product purchased, TJC will donate a meal to a child in need through its Your Purchase Feeds project.

Denny’s TV comeback follows his return to the brand he established in 2005 almost one year ago.

The entrepreneur rejoined his eponymous company as CEO after stepping back as Creative Director and Chairman in 2017 to help “re-inject the core DNA” back into the brand.

“We all learned a lot from each other, but now it’s time to take the brand to the next level,” Denny said at the time.

"Technology means I can have the same ‘sit down, hands-on’ experience I had with my original salon customers and it allows me to understand my customers and their needs which in turn helps me to educate them on my brands.”
