Avon has appointed James Scully as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Scully previously worked at multi-channel retailer J. Crew, before taking up his new role. Scully will now lead all finance and IT functions. Scully will report into CEO Sheri McCoy, effective no later than 1 April.

He is a seasoned finance and operational leader with public company CFO experience and will play an integral role in driving sustainable and profitable growth at Avon.”
