The new service will allow representatives to customise their catalogue and streamline the shopping experience

Direct-selling beauty brand Avon has taken its catalogue digital for its North American representatives.

The new interactive experience is designed to streamline the shopping process and will be optimised for desktop and mobile with shoppable posts, video make-up tutorials, influencer content, interviews and reviews.

Meanwhile, AR technology will allow users to virtually try-on make-up and discover shade matches.

In a statement, Avon said: “The new digital initiative allows Avon to improve the selling experience for Avon representatives throughout North America in an easier, more streamlined process.”

Avon representatives will also be able to customise their catalogue and experience for shoppers in order to promote their business.

The brand’s brochure will still be available for customers, but has been reduced in size in order to be more environmentally-friendly.

Customers can browse the new catalogue via avon.com/digitalcatalog.
