Complete with five skus, the collection is designed to treat the hair’s cortex, cuticle and f-layer

Aveda has introduced its new botanical repair collection of hair care products.

Featuring fives skus the products use plant-based ingredients that are designed to strengthen and repair hair.

The formula uses three technologies that are designed to treat the three key layers of the hair: cortex, cuticle and f-layer, an invisible water-resistant lipid layer.

Available in the line is the brand’s new strengthening shampoo, conditioner, light mask, rich mask and leave-in treatment (from £28).

“Damage repair is an extremely sought-after benefit for our guests, and our team is always researching and studying new technologies and natural ingredients to address this need,” said Aveda’s Director of Hair Care Research and Development, Camille Sasik.

“The botanical report took us six years to develop because we were so committed to delivering the strongest possible benefit using ingredients from nature.”

The products are housed in bottles and jars that are made from 100% post-consumer recycled packaging.

The products are available to shop via aveda.com.
