Lavandi Talent is currently working with a fantastic Beauty & Aesthetics brand who are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to join their amazing team! The right candidate will look after teams of Business Development Managers working across the country with a can-do attitude

Area Sales Manager - Home-Based - Up to £45,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance

Roles & Responsibilities

To lead, coach and develop the team reporting directly into you, creating a safe environment and supporting them in their own development.
Building strong relationships with new client base and developing existing client relationships, ensuring all communication is strong from yourself and your team.
Develop and monitor KPIs, ensuring sales targets are achieved within assigned territories, as well as monthly team targets.
Maintain strong levels of education within the team and yourself, being able to learn about new products or strategies efficiently.

The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within beauty/aesthetics.
Confidence leading a team of direct reports.
Excellent communication skills and desire to build strong relationships.
A good attention to detail and ability to retain product knowledge.
