Joining this leading global speciality ingredient company, you will be responsible for breaking boundaries and leading the development of new ingredients and innovations. You will implement our environmental and social driven innovation strategy with a focus on natural, nature identical and sustainability.

You will lead your R&D team of scientists and formulators, advancing their knowledge and performance in a constantly evolving landscape.  Work alongside sales and marketing to provide technical input in external campaigns, webinars and presentations at scientific symposiums and exhibitions, as well as monthly customer visits within EMEA. You will bring a positive attitude to the workplace, utilising your outstanding communication to delight our global clients.

To succeed in this role, you must be comfortable in the lab, presenting to customers, project managing or delivering strategy. You have a global vision, are at ease and able to adapt to multiple nationalities and cultures and relish the idea of working with a diverse mix of internal colleagues and external customers.As someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, you will adapt to new situations easily as you solve problems and meet deadlines. This role requires a strong technical background, so you must have a master’s degree in chemistry or cosmetic science alongside extensive experience in personal care formulations.
