Package Details:
- Hybrid - Manchester
- £55,000 - £65,000
- 20% Salary Bonus (This can increase based on performance)

- Need to have managed accounts with Grocers and Retailers
Role and responsibilities:
- Increase sales with UK retailers and manage the sales process end to end
- Tactically manage and develop strong relationships with all existing retailers, to make sure KPI’s and goals.
- Manage and oversee multiple accounts in full P&L and predict to marketing plan.
- Lead and develop the sales team taking full accountability for the UK commercial side of the business.
- Develop strong relationships, across retailers, finance, operations, marketing, and logistics.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience within Account Management and leading a team
- Managed accounts with grocers and retailers – ASDA, Sainsburys, Tesco, M&S, Boots and Morrisons
- Ability to negotiate and build strong relationships.
- Understanding of Microsoft Office - Excel and PowerPoint. Microsoft Excel.
- Positive and upbeat attitude with a ‘can do’ approach
- Ability to find possible issues and provide practical solutions before problems arise
