Supporting the Senior Business Manager on key accounts whilst taking ownership of your own retailers, managing quarterly buyer meetings and working throughout the year to ensure brand positioning and promotional activity is effectively executed.
We are looking for succession planning here where the highly experienced and successful Manager wants to share their knowledge and experience and help develop you to become their natural successor.
You will be able to offer Account Management experience and know how the retailers work and be ambitious in your own career direction to learn, grow and develop.
This role and business are all home based, even before the epidemic, they worked effectively this way with regular communications and company get together days and work-shops to make sure you all feel part of the team.
