The family-run company, now in its 80th year, has seen considerable growth over the last 10 years and as a result, has outgrown its current site near Bury. To support its ambitious plans for growth and expansion, the company is relocating to a new site in Rossendale.

The site on Knowsley Park Way, Haslingden, is an extensive 62,000 square foot building. The impressive new site boasts state-of-the-art perfumery laboratories, bright, modern office and meeting rooms and customer perfume sampling and smelling zones. The new site will also include a 50,000 square foot perfume manufacturing and warehousing facility. This will enable the company to expand current production capacity, whilst future-proofing the business moving forwards.

Leanne Dudley, Finance Director says, "We have invested heavily in the new site, with state-of-the-art modern office spaces, laboratories and production facilities. We have a far-reaching, global customer base and we are proud to be an outstanding example of the innovation and passion of Lancashire and British Manufacturers."

The move to the new site will enable Carvansons to better engage with customers, staff and the wider community.

Sales Manager, Helen Goddard says, "We can’t wait to invite our customers to visit. We work very closely with our customers to help create the perfect fragrances for their products and build long-term relationships. Our bespoke and tailored fragrance development service is backed up by in-depth fragrance research, analysis and evaluation. This means we can help our customers create a scent that complements their brand and gives their products a unique and distinctive quality."

The facility will also provide office and production staff with a sleek new working environment. Break out spaces and communal lounge-style lunch areas will mean an enhanced and improved work environment for all employees. Carvansons are currently recruiting new staff to join them in this exciting new venture and later in 2022, they will be launching a brand-new apprenticeship programme.
