Kendo has taken official steps to distance KVD Beauty from celebrity brand founder and tattoo artist Kat Von D.

Earlier this month, the television personality sold the shares of her namesake brand to business partner Kendo in order to pursue other ventures, allowing the LVMH-incubator company to rebrand Kat Von D Beauty to KVD Vegan Beauty.
