Role Responsibilities:
- Grow our brands reach in the wholesale / distribution channel within selected international territories
- Find new revenue opportunities and markets to expand to
- Nurture the relationship with existing wholesale partners
- Grow brand presence and revenue within your target territories
- Find new accounts and distributors that follow our development strategy
- Understand international trends and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities in line with our vision and strategy.
- Build amazing relationships with our channel partners, working alongside them to
- Reach end customers to fulfil our mission of helping people with their skin
- Responsible for the P&L of each account in your territories, accountable for sales and profitability targets
Ideal Experience:
- Be a self starter and able to hit the ground running
- Existing contacts with international distributors is desirable
- A real go getter, hungry to bring in new business
- Be a strong 'people person' and love building customer relationships
- Entrepreneurial, dynamic, and enthusiastic.
- Existing contacts with European Distributors is desirable
- Understand how to nurture, develop and grow key customer accounts and relationships
- Excellent negotiation skills
