Croda has created a Naturally Boosted collection of formulations that use ChromaPur CV2 and CV7. This includes an easy to use, on-the-go blurring stick that improves skin texture and appearance, regardless of skin age or type

With the growing demand for natural products and a rising number of conscious consumers pushing the beauty and personal care industry for more sustainable solutions, Croda is delighted to unveil their brand new 100% natural, vegan suitable, upcycled ingredients, ChromaPur™ CV2 and CV7. These new spheroidal cellulose powders provide exceptional sensory and optical benefits that include a soft-focus and pore minimising effect in skin care, as well as enhanced pay-off, coverage and colour intensity in colour cosmetics.

Derived from upcycled black spruce that is a native species of Quebec, Canada, 100% natural, biodegradable, vegan and COSMOS approved, Chromapur CV2 and CV7 demonstrate similar, or better, performance when compared to ingredients currently on the market. Developed from a patented technology via an environmentally friendly process, with sustainable and transparent practices across the whole production cycle, ChromaPur CV2 and CV7 offer the personal care market sustainable and functional alternatives to plastic and silica microbeads in skin care and colour cosmetic applications.

Croda has created a Naturally Boosted collection of formulations that use ChromaPur CV2 and CV7. This includes an easy to use, on-the-go blurring stick that improves skin texture and appearance, regardless of skin age or type. There is also a smoothing eye cream that blurs fine lines and skin imperfections around the delicate eye area. For colour cosmetics, discover Croda’s chestnut brown eyeshadow powder that gives a rich, intense eye colour, or the peach nude lipstick for a moisturising slick of rich colour that is easy to apply and silky smooth.
