IMCD and Network Nutrition join forces in Australia and New Zealand
Integration will make IMCD the region\'s largest specialised natural ingredients provider
IMCD Group has announced that, from 1 October, Network Nutrition, a Sydney based distributor of botanical, nutritional and plant enzyme based raw materials, will be merging with the group. The integration of the two businesses, along with IMCD's recent acquisition of Capitol Ingredients Australia, will amount to the largest specialised natural ingredients provider in Australia and New Zealand.

All Network Nutrition products will continue under the same brand names while employees will transfer to IMCD Australia & New Zealand.
