The Role:
- Lead the whole strategy for quality and execution; focusing on improving processes, developing the best practice and guiding key stakeholders across the operations functions.
- Create processes across a new Innovation unit.
- Lead on a critical FDA accreditation project and change the current quality projects to a more practical structure.
- Assess the challenges and take action to lessen risks and develop useful positive actions.
- Execute best practice quality vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to help improve performance.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Ideally qualified in BSc (or equivalent) in a scientific discipline, ideally Chemistry.
- Previous experience in a similar leadership role, within Beauty, Personal Care, FMCG or Manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 22716 (Cosmetics GMP) and FDA.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Possess a commercial flare and a proven history in delivering solutions to complex challenges.
- Solid influential skills and the ability to adapt in a high-growth environment.
