Role and responsibilities:
- Create all digital aspects for the brand including social campaigns, ads, emails.
- Global campaigns conceptualised to drive engagement and encourage the brand to get talked about.
- Work closely with the marketing team to push boundaries and strengthen concepts.
- Inspire the team by keeping up with trends in beauty and design.
- Actively participate in art direction for the brand.
- Mentor other junior creatives when the team expands.
Required Skills:
- Degree in graphic design or the same 3+ year’s equivalent experience.
- Demonstrable experience for creating motion and video brand assets.
- Experience in in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator.
- A self-starter able to bring new, creative ideas.
- Disruptive mindset.
- Incredibly organised and can hit deadlines.
