Give Back Beauty taps Meri Baregamian to lead its Indie & Talents Division

As CEO, Baregamian will be responsible for growing the beauty manufacturer’s talent-led brands, including Millie Bobby Brown’s Florence by Mills

Meri Baregamian has been appointed CEO of Give Back Beauty’s (GBB) Indie & Talents Division.

Baregamian will lead the beauty manufacturer’s business unit, which manages and develops celebrity and talent-led brands globally.

This includes actress Millie Bobby Brown’s Gen Z skin care line Florence by Mills, which GBB creates, manufactures and distributes products for. 

She will also work on incubating new brands in joint ventures with global talents, “whose names are still confidential”, said a spokesperson for the group.

Baregamian has worked in beauty for more than 20 years and most recently served as CEO of spa brand Bliss from July 2016 to January 2023.

Other leadership positions include Vice President of Sales Boots Retail USA for Walgreens Boots Alliance and CEO North America for beauty brand Soap & Glory

Plus, Director of Sales and Business Development for US make-up brand Stila Cosmetics

Corrado Brondi, founder and CEO of GBB, said: “The Indie & Talents Division has very strong growth plans, both for Florence by Mills and other brands that will come to light in the next few years.

Its existing beauty partnerships include Elie Saab and Chopard.
