Elemis taps former Cult Beauty exec as Chief Brand Officer

Jennifer Baldwin will head up the brand’s global expansion plans with a focus on sustainability efforts

Elemis has appointed industry veteran Jennifer Baldwin as its new Chief Brand Officer to lead the UK skin care and spa brand’s global expansion strategy.

Bringing almost a decade of experience at the likes of Cult Beauty and Charlotte Tilbury, Baldwin will now be responsible for Elemis’ next phase of growth as it seeks to become the world’s number one premium sustainable skin care brand.

She will drive the company’s sustainability goals, with a focus on three key pillars comprising biodiversity, climate and people.

Baldwin previously served as Head of Marketing Communications for Cult Beauty, with almost eight years’ experience driving the e-tailer’s digital growth.

She also worked as Head of Global Brand Marketing for luxury beauty brand Charlotte Tilbury.

Her appointment follows a number of new hires for the brand as it seeks to expand its global presence, including Lauren Grimmer, who recently joined as Elemis’ UK Omni-Channel Marketing Director, and Martin Bell, who serves as the brand’s UK E-Commerce Director.

Elemis is available at e-tailers including Cult Beauty, Feelunique and Lookfantastic, as well as its own website, with its hero products including Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm and Pro-Collagen Marine Cream.
