Ecommerce Manager - Remote, UK - Up to 50k

Lavandi Talent is currently working with a fantastic Beauty business who are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities:

The position will be responsible for all customer facing experiences and utilities on the clients website, including browse, search, account maintenance, product selection, availability, cross-sell/upsell, purchase, confirmation, order history, loyalty, personalised experience, marketing vehicle communications and integrations with other marketing platforms to support customer acquisition, retention, and account growth.

The ideal Candidate:

  • Create the UK Promo calendar for B2B and D2C (in collaboration with UK team, IT, and Digital)
  • Manage UK backend for B2B and D2C: Create PDPs, Landing Pages, Update Merchandising throughout the month
  • Create Briefs for Monthly Digital Content for D2C and B2B
  • Create Email Calendar Monthly (collaboration with Digital)
  • Provide monthly KPI report
  • Collaborate with Digital Agency to make sure they are up to date with marketing and promo calendars
  • Provide monthly benchmarks
