Key products

A certified product meeting Ecocert and Cosmos requirements, the PICEA tube is comprised primarily of a combination of spruce waste and a plastic matrix of sugar-based raw materials made exclusively for Neopac.

In total, the tube is composed of 95.8% renewable materials. Benefits include easy printability, recyclable capabilities, and similar barrier properties compared to PE or low-density polyethylene (LDPE) tubes. Along with sister solutions Sugarcane and Recycled tubes (see below) PICEA is part of Neopac’s EcoDesign portfolio of eco-conscious tube packages.

Ideal for natural cosmetics and hair care products, Neopac’s Sugarcane tubes are made from renewable raw materials and offer the same characteristics and processability as fossil-based polyethylene. The tube’s body is 100% recyclable using standard polyethylene recycling streams; the cap is available in screw-on or flip-top functionalities and provides tamper evident capabilities.

Neopac’s recycled tubes, which are used for a variety of applications, are made from a body and shoulder mixture containing up to 75% recycled, food-grade compliant polyethylene plastics.

The recycled material contains 50% PCR (post-consumer recycled) and the tubes’ caps are made from 100% ocean plastics PP materials derived from sea ropes. In addition, the tubes are decorated using solvent-free colors and low-solvent varnishes that are exclusively UV cured.

Available in three different applicators, the Stylo tube applies liquid and semi-solid skincare products with ease and precision. A cone-shaped cap protects the applicator and a pictogram facilitates consumer use.

Comprised of Polyfoil technology, the Stylo Liners, Pipettes and Bristles are easy to clean and thus ideal for hygienic applicators.
